Interview was extremely laid back and comfortable. You will be asked about why you choose to be a teacher. Answer wisely. Overall, I’ve never had a bad experience while interviewing in the three schools I worked at.

The interview consisted of three district administrators asking the candidate questions, one for the school I was interviewing for. Each administrator asked pertinent questions regarding teaching philosophy and methods, classroom management, and lesson planning.
