Negative experience. I was treading lightly, because a former colleague had a negative experience interviewing with them (ghosted without explanation after several rounds). My process included a mis-scheduled phone screen, an IQ Test (that broke halfway), a personality self-assessment exam, and an interview with a hiring manager. The hiring manager told me he'd like me to proceed in the next steps of the interview process. I later received an email saying I was removed from consideration. They told me they'd share feedback to explain why they said one thing and did another. Unsurprisingly, they did not, despite my followup. A positive is that they were transparent that their East sales team (for which I was applying) was not doing well.
