The interview process comprises of a CV shortlist followed by an interview. Interview was short of around 10-15 minutes. It started with basic interview questions such as tell about yourself, how did you come to know about the company and what value you can add in the company.

How are your values inclined towards the values of the company?
I did not have an official interview as such. I was selected on the basis of portfolio itself, over a phone call with the hr, who asked me some basic questions.

They asked me if I was restricted to Carpets and rugs, and whether I was willing to work on other home products like cushions etc.

The interview process was well-organized and clearly communicated. It felt like a natural conversation and was quite enjoyable. I was told by email by the assistant when the interview time would be, and received a reminder call as well. I also was given expectations of what would follow after the interview call.
