The interview was ok. The job was for Support Engineer, but to cut expenses during the interview they changed it to Support Specialist. The job isn't pure Tech Support, it is 50% support and 50% sales. You must look for new clients and sell their product, that is the only thing that actually matter. They should change the position name to Sales Rep.

General questions. Not much asked. They have just one employee in Canada. The company seems to losing market in North America. Its base is in HK. A lot of things will be asked to you to do, even if it isn't the position that you applied for.
