Quick interview where I was mostly presented the kind of work I would be supposed to do. I was not called yet for the final answer tho. The interviewer quite polite and straightforward.

Colloquio
I was referred by another employee. I had an informal chat with a manager about my skills and experience and availability. Then we arranged a trial shift. I shadowed another waiter for 2 hours and they observed how I acted around customers. I was shown how to approach tables and deliver drinks and food - I did not take any food or drinks orders. They judged me on how friendly and polite I was around customers and how willing to learn I was, etc.
