It was supposed to be an initial screening interview and instead it was a full interview with the Director of Sales who was incredibly impolite from the start. I had done my research but obviously wasn't fully prepared for an hour long full interview and when I asked specific questions regarding things one would ask in a basic interview like the specific area I would be over, she didn't have any of that information. I answered her questions based on a successful career doing this same job and she reprimanded me for a few of my answers.

ee-stage interview process. First two rounds with the Regional Sales Manager — thorough, transparent, well-structured. She was direct about compensation, territory expectations, travel requirements, and even internal culture challenges. Third round with the Director of Sales — significantly different experience. The interview ran short, was largely one-sided, and left no time for candidate questions. I asked one in my follow-up email. It was never acknowledged. After the final interview, the Regional Sales Manager followed up twice confirming she was connecting with leadership and would circle back. She never did. No formal decision was ever communicated.
I went through 4 interviews, they’re no joke, challenging in a good way. Very thorough and seem to be a strong group of leaders. They really want industry specific experience. Come prepared & confident.
