Had one phone interview and then an on site interview at Spring House, PA. The on site included an hour seminar (with lots of questions), and about eight 30 minute one-on-one interviews (directors and scientists (one of which was a previous company postdoc), and a 30 minute lunch with a current postdoc. The conversations were very science-centric and were actually enjoyable as we were mainly just discussing issues in the field. I heard from multiple people that the company was interested in fitting me into projects that I was interested in and I would be able to change projects if needed (which was nice to hear).
After being told I should expect an offer within the week, I had to wait a month to finally hear that there had been a restructuring and the position was not available. That kind of thing happens in industry, but it was still disappointing after a otherwise positive interview experience.
