The whole recruitment process from the first interview to the offer took less than a month including 4 rounds of interviews. Impressively fast considering Christmas and New Year holidays in between. Everything went very smoothly and the Talent Acquisition Partner has been the most professional and supportive I have ever encountered during interview process among all the big pharma companies. She has provided me with very clear plans along the way and never left me hanging and waiting to know about steps forward. It all gave me a very good impression of the company from the very beginning. The hiring manager and the rest of the interviewing team gave me a wonderful understanding of the culture and you could feel the J&J “Credo” being reflected also in the recruitment process.

Questions were generally asked to have a good understanding about you as a person and your motivations to join the company. Everyone interviewing gave very positive vibes and never came up with questions making you doubt yourself or your qualifications. I was so impressed by how all the questions were formulated in a very positive way and not in a way you felt you were being challenged or intimidated. I didn’t experience a situation where I felt uncomfortable with a question.
