Terrible experience over multiple departments, roles and hiring managers. They are only hiring from within Janssen marketing, do not respect anyone outside. They also only hire white women right now and no other ethnicity.
Hiring managers have already someone in mind and they put diverse interview slates just to check a box because company is making it mandatory for interview slate but not hiring itself!
Hiring managers, recruiters do not follow up and leave you hanging. There’s usually no proactive feedback and any feedback is biased (example: you didn’t seem authentic in a pre recorded video interview, or you gave example of extra curricular voluntary work which is not business related..)

Multiple stakeholder interviews one after another reading from the same outline of behavioral questions. Indicative of an organization that is not innovative, dynamic and thinks outside the box but rather dry and robotic. Other companies that I have interviewed with used the interview sheet as a reference point.
All 5 stakeholders that I have interviewed with at J&J was a white male over 45 yrs old. Shows that the organization lacks diversity and inclusion—- archaic culture.

I applied to a posting published by Kelly Services and they facilitated the whole process. The interview process was an hour and a half so I had the chance to meet three different people. They were extremely warm and welcoming. It was clear from the interview they wanted someone who would fit the position from an interest and skills standpoint, but they also looked for excitement and a personable candidate.
