The process consisted of a screener phone call and then a series of phone interviews. I spoke to multiple members of the team I would be working on and answered questions mainly about my research experience.
Digital interview first, followed by a 30min call after 1 week. Two people was on the call (hiring manager and the one who you will shadow with. They asked about the skills that you will need during the internship.

Had casual phone interview with hiring managers. It was only 30 minutes and chill. No difficult questions asked. Talked about school life and work experience. After the interview, I was contacted directly from hiring manager.
