Four stage process: online optitude test, test video interview, personality test, followed by a day of group activities on location. This included a team activity, a problem solving interview and traditional competency interview.

Smooth and fast procedure - 2/3 interviews depending on which role/department to be involved in with short compliance based questions, personal questions and little more on what the job would entail and inquiring on your schedule.
