It was a very lengthy interview process. There was a personality/ cognitive ability quiz, a pre-interview video round with recorded questions, a compentency based interview, a team exercise and presentation.

Consisted of a recorded interview, where I recorded answers via webcam and had 3 chances per question with approx. 1-3 mins for each question. Followed by a 40 minute Zoom interview a week later. It was a competency based interview and only STAR questions were asked.

30 minute interview with Senior Operations Leader and Technical Operations. No technical questions were asked. Had to discuss education and career history. Receieved an offer the day after the interview.
