It was a disorganized nightmare. Talent recruiters are talentless and dont return calls or emails. The process, once it gets rolling, is obsurd and completely behavioral based. For such an important position, they place no emphasis on market knowledge. Their sales desk has a serious lack of talent and HR doesnt help one bit. When you walk the sales floor, you can tell they are robots and the co. prefers to hire within.
