Only made it to the recruiter call which in all honestly felt like I was just filling their calendar. Didn’t really ask about my experience or numbers. I got off the call immediately knew it was going nowhere.
Recruiter call with a brand new recruiter, obviously didn't know much about anything. Had an interview with the HM, who was not engaged or listening at all. Didn't hear anything back.
Initial screen by recruiter followed by a 30 minute interview with the Hiring Manager. The second interview was more listening than answering questions which is unusual, especially for a sales position. The company is only two years old and the lack of hiring process was clear.
