I had a great phone conversation with the recruiter, even though it was hard to hear and understand her (I’m guessing she was on speaker phone or let’s hope that’s what the issue was). She schedules a video interview with the hiring manager who was with his kid in the car and didn’t put himself on video, even though I was and this was an interview. Asked me one question, then asked if I had any questions and he was done. The most unprofessional and worst interview I have ever had. I even told the recruiter that I was guessing he was leaving it up to her to make the best decision in hiring because he took no time or effort to get to know me or ask questions, etc. The recruiter herself looked surprised as well at how bad and short it was with him. She tried to fill in the time by asking questions she had already asked me the first go around. Then I was ghosted. Asked follow up questions after to make it look like I was interested still and she never responded. I finally withdrew and told her how I felt about the process and that interview and after. Don’t waste your time!!!! Don’t even bother applying to interview. As someone who works in Hr - you don’t treat applicants this way. Can you imagine how they treat their employees if they do? Probably the same. And you can do better!

I appeared for an interview with Jasper Colin Research for the designation of HR Manager. The entire process of recruitment is so seamless, everything got wrapped up within 3 days. I was provided an appropriate feedback on my areas of improvement. Moreover the interviewers were really keen on understanding my skills and capabilities to make a sound judgement.
