They called me and we spoke briefly on the phone. They offered me an in person interview for later in the week. After the interview, they said they would call my references, and scheduled a time for me to come in for the orientation. After the interview, they called my references. I came in for the orientation and was given packets to study and videos to watch.

Simple. Sent resume. Received interview request. Arrived on time. The MOD had scheduled two interviews for the same time...couldn't remember my name...seemed disorganized/lack of Preparation...memory is an important skill with coffee orders/industry, Yes?
