recruiter screen then multiple one on one online interviews. Recruiter is'nt really knowledgeable on the job or the work so save the juice for the real conversations. At least they are nice.

The interview process took a few months with constant follow ups on my part. I applied in November and got the offer in February. Waiting for a repsonse or offer should not take this long and there needs to be more transparency for applicants when waiting on an outcome.
