Very quick and informal process. Took just over a month from application to offer and that included the Xmas/NY period. HR kept me informed and updated too. 3x interviews via Microsoft Teams. One with the hiring manager, one with their manager and one with a senior team member too.

There weren't any competency based questions, just generic questions about experience, why you wanted to work there, what management style you enjoyed, how you worked, your strength and weakness etc...
