Vier rondes van elk ongeveer 30 minuten.
Eerste ronde richtte zich op motivatie, achtergrond en interesse in investment banking. De drie daaropvolgende rondes bestonden uit technische vragen op het gebied van accounting en corporate finance, aangevuld met korte cases. Dit omvatte onder meer een LBO case en een three statements case van een fictief bedrijf.

Een van de belangrijkste vragen ging over het volledig doorlopen van de drie financiële overzichten en hoe een verandering in één post doorwerkt in de income statement, cash flow statement en balance sheet.

2 Gespräche mit Analyst und Associate. Vorstellung von Lebenslauf und Motivation für den Job, Selbsteinschätzung hinsichtlich Arbeitsverhalten, 3 Brainteaser, sowie fachliche Kompetenzen. Erstellung des Income Statements, Balance Sheet und Cash Flow Statements, sowie Erklärung von DCF, Multiples und LBO Bwertungsverfahren.
