I was informed that the first-round interview would be via phone. It was more of a screening. Make sure you read up on the specific business areas with which Jeffries is involved. It's also important to have some questions that show serious thought. I think I could have done better in this area.
Don't waste your time, they conduct the interviews for KPI purpose only, and they will ghost everyone after final round and the position will always go to internal employees. Very unprofessional.

Its a graduate program so very intensive competition but the questions are not that hard as an experienced level interview. Went through 2 rounds of interviews till superday. Overall the process is very smooth.
