I was quite nervous, you’ll learn corporate valuation methodologies, accounting and financial modeling, as well as the importance of relationship building through interaction with Jefferies’ clients and senior bankers. Afterwards, you’ll apply your learnings through formal case study presentations and preparation for your regulatory exams.

This was for a summer internship. Phone call, mainly behavioral and culture fit questions.
Follow up in person with group head. Some general technicals on the group and business. Very positive experience
The interview process was smooth. The interviewers were kind and nice and mainly asked questions regarding myself and my experience. Overall the experience was good and not intimidating, just like a typical job interview

Online assesment, 20 questions to be answered in 45min. Never heard back from them afterwards. I guess it means I failed. The questions were about logic, scheduling, memorizing patterns and pourcentage computing. The overall experience was not great because not interesting.
