I applied through my school platform. I then got an email a couple weeks later to schedule a phone interview. I got a call from 2 guys who were recent college graduates from my college, but we’re acting very professional.

A lengthy and involved process which evaluated many aspects of aptitude. All interviews were online and the final assessment centre was comprised of 3 back to back interviews. After that there was a final interview with the head of ER, which was more of a culture check.
