Went through Women Program - mostly focussed on behavioral and fit, nice people and have amazing deal flow - doing really well this year and looking to hire more analysts
Zoom interview. Very technical questions from the start which I wasn't prepared for (lol). Even though I knew I failed I didn't hear back for months. Interviewer was pretty patronising.

I had about 5 calls/interviews with people on the team as well as people outside the team. Mostly behavioral questions, not too many technicals. Really nice people, not too difficult.
Very cutthroat and impersonal. Super technical heavy, and i did well but it just seems to take the person out of the job. I got ghosted after making superday which seems quite unprofessional
