VP on the team reached out to schedule a Zoom interview. During the interview their camera wasn’t turned on because they was in the car & didn’t want to be “rude”. Then was asked to complete a stock pitch. Spent 3-5 hours doing the pitch, turned it in, and ghosted. Could of at least received a formal denial.
Mehrere Gespräche vor Ort, kurze persönliche Vorstellung, dann fachliche Fragen. Gut strukturiert, man lernte viele Teammitglieder kennen, leider erhielt ich nach 6 Gesprächen kein Angebot. Trotzdem sehr positiver Eindruck vom Unternehmen und der HR Organisation.
Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite l'università. La procedura ha richiesto 3 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Jefferies (New York, NY)

Phone interview all behavioral and then super day which consisted of a 1 hour 3 seperate 1 person interviews which were all very nice and sociable people who were really just trying to get to know you.
