I applied for the Equity Research Summer Analyst program at the London Office. Received a zoom interview in early 2022. The interview was one-on-one and around 30 minutes. The overall experience is good but the interviewer pushed to details about one of my research program.

I went to Women in Finance event at Jefferies in New York City. After, I submitted an online application and had an interview. The interview was composed of 3 separate 20 minute phone calls with one or two employees.
