Interview style depends on the team. The team I applied for called on weekends to schedule interviews right next morning without giving prenotice. The entire process took 4 months until they finished 9 rounds of interviews. I declined the offer.
Don't waste your time, they conduct the interviews for KPI purpose only, and they will ghost everyone after final round and the position will always go to internal employees. Very unprofessional.

Its a graduate program so very intensive competition but the questions are not that hard as an experienced level interview. Went through 2 rounds of interviews till superday. Overall the process is very smooth.
