Purely technical questions from the 400 Question Bank. No behavioral questions other than Why Jefferies was asked in all the coffee chats I did there. Getting a response was extremely difficult though since ofcourse like every other IB Associate they are swamped with emails

In person meet and greet then a 30 minute phone call interview maybe 2 weeks later. Met with two associates, two managing directors, and one analyst. It was a very typical interview process.

Business School Career Management. Two rounds of interviews. Tough technicals, solid interpersonal questions. Very collegial work environment. Lean deal teams, so junior bankers get a lot of exposure and tons of work to do.
