The recruiter reached out on linkedin out of nowhere, very persistent. I ended up scheduling a call with her and the whole call felt like an interrogation. A few days later, I get an email saying they're not interested in moving forward because my skillsets are not a match. My experience is very specific to a niche and is clearly listed on my linkedin profile. The recruiter clearly did not read through my profile, yet decided to pester me for an interview. This company will waste your time.

I two phone screens then a 4 hour panel of interviews with some of their engineers and managers. Then another 4 hour panel of interviews with more of their engineers and managers. After a few days of not hearing back from them I reached out to verify that they weren't interested in me and never heard back. Quite rude of them after I spent so much time on their process. Nice people but inconsiderate as an organization.
