Not much of a process, a phone screen was done. The interviewer was Hostile and Abrasive with a very nasty and negative disposition. Not really receptive to hearing anything but her constant critical opinions about what type of experience one may have. If you feel one does not have enough experience for a position why even reach out to schedule the interview just to be rude. Clearly I had enough experience in the field to get the interview in the first place. Also there was alot of bait and switch when it came to the Job posting versus what was actually discussed not alot of transparency. It working remotely is really not an option why have it listed. Overall it was a very negative experience and someone else needs to be conducting the phone screenings.
