First a phone interview usually with the district manager unknowingly and after you will meet with the gm in-person for an interview, sometimes you will meet your manger during the hiring process.

I applied, and when there was a role available I was contacted. I had a ton of experience in weight loss type sales so I got the job. The center seemed ok when I interviewed, actually I was told to leave by a staff member because they thought I was picking up something for a client and they were about to have a meeting. I had to stop this woman from shutting the door on my face that I was in fact there for an interview. That was a preview for me of behavior I'd endure once hired.

I had 2 interviews in 1 day with the center director and the area marketing director. The interview process was easy and well managed.
