Easy, as long as you understand the basic concept of programming language and can handle different kind of people, can work on a toxic environment and will do anything to finish the task given.

The interview is easy. They are speaking in tagalog. The interview doesn't feel pressure and the questions mostly were personal in the Initial Interview and the Final Interview mostly about the language you used in your experience as a programmer.
