The interview process with Jerry was super smooth! The communication lines were constantly open, and the team was always there to answer my questions. It really felt like they wanted me to succeed throughout the process, which was awesome. The interview itself was three total rounds. The first was a phone screen with the recruiting coordinator. The next round was call with the CEO followed by a virtual onsite with various team members.

A lot of it was focused on previous experience, as well as some case studies.
25 min IQ and personality assessment followed by recruiter phone screen, followed by “attention to detail” task. The recruiter was very nice, but did say they are looking for the “perfect” candidate. The fact that they put so much emphasis on perfection (and require a 100% score on the task) means that even if they do find the perfect candidate, that candidate will look forward to micromanagement and extremely high, impossible standards.
