Multiple rounds. Recruiter calls in between were all very helpful. Interviews all served different purpose. One was understanding role and responsibilities and how I would gel with manager. One was understanding the business model and potential company growth and how I could impact that. One was deep and detailed on my decision-making processes, measurable skills, results I've driven, feedback from previous managers, and bias for action. That was a hard interview but I may have even learned something about myself during that!
