Overall, the experience felt somewhat cold and impersonal. There were four people involved in the interview process, and the tone throughout was quite serious. They mainly explained the expectations for the role, more than asked questions, since the experience aligned quite well with the role of the interview. Additionally, when I asked questions regarding compensation, the topic seemed unwelcome, which made the conversation feel slightly uncomfortable.

I applied online but never received any feedback or rejection email. Later, when I tried to withdraw my application because I had accepted another job, the system showed the message: “Cannot withdraw – you are already disqualified for this job.” It would have been appreciated to receive at least an automatic rejection email for transparency and a better candidate experience.
