Initial phone screen followed by in person interview. The in person portion was three rounds of different types of questions. Mostly typical interview questions and one more creative portion where you redesigned a webpage.

Colloquio
Applied on the company website on a Sunday, the next day got an email asking to have an HR screen phone call and it was scheduled for a couple hours later! Immediately following the phone call I was asked to participate in a fun IQ game (Skyrise). Once completing that I got an email from the coordinator at HQ asking when would be good to come into the office. This all happened on the same day which was a big positive for me. They booked my flight and hotel and I had 3 one-on-ones with 2 GMs and a Category Manager. There was a detail oriented mini-case, analytical mini-case, and a brain teaser. While my last interview with the Category Manager wasn't amazing (he wasn't the originally planned interviewer) it was still enjoyable. Besides the mini-cases/brain teaser it was just your typical behavioral interview. Pretty informal and very comfortable setting. Overall, really enjoyed my time during the interview process. The only negative was they said I would hear back in 1-2 weeks and it took them a month to get back which was just nerve racking since I really wanted it.
I found it to be positive and helpful. I learned a lot about the role and the culture. There were multiple rounds and I got to meet with several managers. I would recommend the role/interview process to my peers.
Seamless but challenging. The questions are geared to make you think critically while the answers are not necessarily the end goal. The more research you do the better. Good people
