Initial phone screen followed by in person interview. The in person portion was three rounds of different types of questions. Mostly typical interview questions and one more creative portion where you redesigned a webpage.

went through a phone interview, took a cognitive ability test via an app, and once i passed it have been invited for an on site, final round interview (essentially 3 step process). the phone interview went well-- lady i spoke to in HR was super nice and honest about the whole process. Was asked only two very simple behavioral questions and she spent the rest of the time talking about the position. after speaking to me, she said i seemed like a good candidate and that the next step would be to take an online cognitive test. once i passed, i was sent on to the next and final round. everyone i met so far and my on campus information session was also really nice and extremely honest and specific in their description of the whole process.

How do you organize and prioritize tasks when you have to meet multiple deadlines?
I found it to be positive and helpful. I learned a lot about the role and the culture. There were multiple rounds and I got to meet with several managers. I would recommend the role/interview process to my peers.
Seamless but challenging. The questions are geared to make you think critically while the answers are not necessarily the end goal. The more research you do the better. Good people
