Applied online. Was contacted by a recruiter for a phone interview. Recruiter called and seemed disorganized. When she asked questions I would answer them and then she would ask me the same question just in different wording. I asked about the challenges in the FC and what's the senior team like and she said she didn't know. I also asked her what does she think will be the biggest challenge transitioning from Amazon operations to Jet. When I asked that she said "I don't know, I've never worked at Amazon." She said in such a 'how should I know/who cares' type way and seemed offended by me asking and comparing/contrasting role responsibilities of the two companies. She definitely has pride for working at Jet. I never received word on whether I was not chosen, although she did look at my LinkedIn profile 2 days after the interview. I checked the website and the position is no longer listed.

2 phone interviews, 3 different in person interviews and an assessment. The interview was not too difficult, it just had many steps. Some steps could probably be eliminated and the recruiters need to be more clear about the offers.
