Applied online and then a few days later I was asked to do abquestionare. A week later I was asked to do a video interview and I waited about a week for a f2f. I will keep everyone updated as I have not done the interview yet. It will be in a couple of weeks. I did not get an offer as yet as I have not done the actual f2f yet.

Video: Why do you want to be a crew member for Jet Blue?
It's a video interview of a couple questions. You get multiple attempts to answer each question. If you are selected to advance on to the in person group interview where you must use your people skills to mingle & problem solve.
Amazing interview. Positive vibes. Hiring crew inspiring. Advice? Dress like you currently work for them all the way from hair to shoes. Be early. Do not take photos. Put your phones away unless they say you can bring them out.

Large group interview, I fell off the bus in a slim skirt going from LGA to JFK and was late. They welcomed me and the energy in the room position and empowering.
