Didn't keep track of the dates, however, the first steps after I applied were
1. Questionnaire
2. The video interview
3. Blue review
My interview was in Boston, MA. They checked passports, fingerprints, background... after that, we started a group activity, then came the two interviews along with the height test, etc. After you are done with this process, they will email you within the weeks to let you know if you got the job or not.
It's a video interview of a couple questions. You get multiple attempts to answer each question. If you are selected to advance on to the in person group interview where you must use your people skills to mingle & problem solve.
Amazing interview. Positive vibes. Hiring crew inspiring. Advice? Dress like you currently work for them all the way from hair to shoes. Be early. Do not take photos. Put your phones away unless they say you can bring them out.

Large group interview, I fell off the bus in a slim skirt going from LGA to JFK and was late. They welcomed me and the energy in the room position and empowering.
