Phone screen with Talent Acquisition 1 week after application was submitted. Interviewer was extremely friendly. Behavioral questions/talked about my resume/briefly discussed the position. In-person interview 1 week later. Discussed questions geared towards the specific position and related experience. All 3 interviewers were engaged, friendly, and honest. Very positive experience. The following week I had another phone interview with Talent Aquisition. This interview was strictly behavioral questions. Both phone interviews lasted about 30 mins while the in-person interview lasted a little over an hour. Offer was made about 2 weeks later. Overall very positive experience! From application submission to first day was ~7 weeks.
The team was friendly and professional. Standard interview questions and I answered using STAR method. I went through three rounds of interviews: HR, manager, team members. It's a cool place to be and everyone is generally friendly.
The process has three rounds of meeting people across the organization from recruiters, middle management, to department head. Over a period of a few months and held virtually via teams and phone
The interview process consisted of three back-to-back interviews in the office in LIC. Overall it was a great experience and I appreciated seeing the office even though I didn't get the job.
