Colloquio
First you apply online, then you will get an email to complete a questionnaire (simple, basic questions), then if you pass you will receive a link to complete a video interview (customer service situational questions), if successful you will be invited to a Blue Review where you will do group activities, a reach test, a public announcement test, and two face to face interviews. Most candidates will hear back the next day if they are selected for training.

Tell us one time you had to give feedback to a co-worker and what was the outcome?
It's a video interview of a couple questions. You get multiple attempts to answer each question. If you are selected to advance on to the in person group interview where you must use your people skills to mingle & problem solve.
Amazing interview. Positive vibes. Hiring crew inspiring. Advice? Dress like you currently work for them all the way from hair to shoes. Be early. Do not take photos. Put your phones away unless they say you can bring them out.
