Interviewed here a while ago and honestly glad I didn't get an offer because I can only say it was a negative experience, especially for how much they were offering at the time (17/hr). Three hour long interview where they task you with assignments like math questions, photography/editing, writing/drawing skills and how you would deal with customers etc., but there was also random brain teasers that felt not relevant to the job at all....like a waste of my time. Not only that, they looked way too much into my GPA and classes and it felt so unnecessary. If you expect a customer service representative to have this many skills then you should definitely be paying them more than close to minimum wage. Crazy how a bachelor's degree was also required for this position but I guess that's just the state of the job market in general.
