The company contacted me directly by phone and asked a few prelimiary questions before offering to arrange a formal meeting with the Chief Pilot and Aviation Director. Everything was very professional from beginning to end. The questions were designed to draw out my likes and dislikes and a lot of time was spent describing the work environment and the what the company expectations were for me.
