I send my CV through their webpage and got the call a week after. I had my first interview with human resource. They asked me general stuff about references, family and hobbies. After this they gave me an appointment for psychological exams, i did them alone this same week.Two weeks later i got a call for my second interview, this time with my actual boss. She was more into my experience and asked me how would i manage certain situation like: asking the agency for a new campaign, o what if the person on charge of an important event fails to come on time?. After this a got a call one week later for a third interview, this time with Marketing Manager (boss of my boss) and my boss. They asked me about my aspirations for a job and why do a think i was the perfect candidate. After this interview my boss wrote me an email with an appointment for my salary offer, they respected my expectation and started the week later. They hire either the 1st o 15th of the month.
