Wasn't hard, they hire anyone. Just show up and answer the questions. Hiring managers are nice people they let you know everything that you are going to do. If you do end up getting hired you'll go through training and get paid while you watch an old vhs on a tv about cleaning and hazard spills. You will do a assessment on the computer.

nice and quick, to the point questions , asked about experience and baking knowledge. The interview was not too long either. i was asked to demonstrate specific skills related to cake decorating and preparing other baked goods
Answered a few behavioral questions and filled out a sheet with my availability. Interview questions were standard, such as why do you want to work here and what are your strengths and weaknesses.
