Had a zoom interview at the time to meet the director and assistant director. Very conversational and just wanted to discuss my previous experiences and why the JCC. The overall process was very easy and not difficult. Communication skills obviously very important.

I applied Online and they quicly responded back to me. They just asked some basic questions about your background and why you want to work there. The process was smooth and I was offered the job just a daya fter interviewing
