Interviewed for a ghost position at this company after a meeting with HR, a meeting with a local team lead, a 1.5 hour coding challenge, 2 hour meeting with an architect, I “failed” the interview with the VP.

The VP kept asking for me to describe solutions I developed in detail, I explained that they are under my companies IP, I could either explain the solution I already showed to their architect in a previous step because I already got permission to show it or we could do a dummy design like a Tiktok architecture, he insisted to see prod designs from my company, I declined.
