I knew someone working there and he had a manager call me to invite me to apply. After applying I was interviewed the same day by two different managers on the same day. After being offered the job I was sent to do a drug test on the same day after the interview and I was working within three days.

It was an unstructured interview, in other words it was just a causal conversion getting to know each other, there was no list of questions.
