Informal. Relaxed. Depends on what dealership you’re interviewing with, and the specific manager. They all paint a grand picture - just don’t get hypnotized by their promises. Everything that you’re told is “potential” not actual. You need to be intelligent enough to blatantly ask what’s reality and what’s not.

very easy and straight forward. as long as you have basic people skills, you can do sales. just be down to earth and honest about expectations and they will do the same.
