Multiple choice exam, followed by a coding assignment and then two rounds of interviews. Coding assignment was unpaid and the interview was rather unpleasant and the questions asked weren't really related to the job I was applying for. They also never bothered to follow up.

After a few weeks I got an email from HR to book a time to interview that worked for me.
The interview was online and took just over an hour and there were three interviewers: head of software development, team lead, scrum master.
We started with a chat about my experience, and what the team is working on, then they did a small system design exercise (15-20 mins) without any visuals where we chatted about how to approach designing an app at jisc - this felt very collaborative with one of the interviewers acting as a colleague and happy to discus options.
I was offered a role within a week.

Submit application on website. They will contact you probably via email.(It's worthy to check junk mailbox sometimes.) HR will arrange interview via email or phone. Technical test first then zoom interview. Process isn't too different from others.
